      The name of the series and the warranty period are stated on the box and also on the instructions. To determine the warranty, the proof of purchase is necessary, so keep it safe!
      2. How can I contact your company?

      4. A part is missing
      Despite the strict quality checks, you may be missing a component, or a component may become defective. The Christmas trees are made up of some loose parts, such as the foot, wing nuts, or the transformer for the lighting. The collection of artificial Christmas trees and pine green items is very extensive and consists of hundreds of different trees with different models and techniques. Loose parts/items can be requested using the form through the contact button on this site; please ensure that you have the right information at hand. Without a copy of the proof of purchase, we cannot process your request.
      5. My lights are not working
      Despite the strict quality checks, something may be wrong with the electrical wiring or the technical system of the tree, which causes the lights not to work. Perhaps some simple checks are enough to ensure that the lighting system works again:
      • Is the plug firmly placed into the wall socket?
      • Is the plug of the lighting cords securely connected to the adapter?
      • Turn the light cords plug so that the poles are the other way around
      • If the tree is made up of multiple parts, make sure that the plugs between the various wires are properly connected.
      If after this check the lights do not work, this may mean that the adapter does not work. We will send you a new adapter. Loose parts/items can be requested using the form through the contact button on this site; please ensure that you have the right information at hand. Without a copy of the proof of purchase, we cannot process your request.
      6. Some of the lights do not work
      Despite the strict quality checks, something may be wrong with the electrical wiring or the technical system of the tree, which causes all or some of the light bulbs not to work. Perhaps some simple checks are already enough to ensure that the lighting system works again:
      • Is the plug of the lighting cords securely connected to the adapter?
      • Turn the light cords plug so that the poles are the other way around
      • If the tree is made up of multiple parts, make sure that the connecting plugs between the various cables are properly connected.
      If after this check some of the light bulbs are not working, a wire may be broken. Also, lights are often switched in a series of 8 to 10 lights, so if one light does not work, then the whole series will be switched off. The LED lights are not replaceable. The only way to allow the lights to work again is to send you a new wire of lights that you can place in the branch(es), where the lighting has failed.       7. My adapter overheats
      An adapter is an auxiliary plug that is used as a transition between two electrical circuits. The adapter is an important part of the Christmas trees with lighting. Triumph Tree adapters are tested according to strict quality checks because safety and quality are of paramount importance when using Christmas trees with lighting. It is a fact that adapters become warm at times. However, the adapters should not become hot. With hot we mean so hot that you can hardly grab the adapter. If this is the case, you can order a new adapter. See point 5 above.
      8. How long does it take to send an item?
      The quality and safety of Triumph Tree Christmas is proven. Therefore, we also provide a comprehensive warranty. If, despite strict quality checks, something is not entirely in order with the tree, this is unpleasant for us. We will do everything possible to handle the complaint as quickly as possible. However, we are sometimes dependent on external factors. If the components are in stock, we will do our utmost best to send it to your address within 2 to 3 business days. Unfortunately, it may happen that one part must be ordered from our supplier. In this case, the delivery time is longer and depends on the supplier's stock. Our goal is that you can again enjoy your beautiful Triumph Tree Christmas Tree as soon as possible.
      9. What if the problem cannot be solved
      The quality and safety of Triumph Tree Christmas is proven. Therefore we also provide a comprehensive warranty. If during the warranty period a defect occurs in your Christmas tree or pine green item that we cannot solve or repair with a replacement component, we will provide a solution. After consulting with our service department, we request that you return to the point of sale where you bought the item with the purchase receipt and the relevant product. They will find a suitable solution for you in cooperation with us.
      10. Where can I find the article number?
      Triumph Tree Christmas trees are packed in a sturdy cardboard box. All the relevant information pertaining to this type of tree can be found on this box. The item number and the series name of the tree can be found on the short side of the box. The collection of artificial Christmas trees and pine green items is very extensive and consists of hundreds of different trees with various heights and different numbers of lights and techniques. It is important that you keep the information on the box, the instruction manual, and the purchase receipt for us to be able to redeliver parts of the product during the warranty period.
